Comparisons and purchases

Plugin Solar Compare provides company and product comparisons. We do not sell, supply, install or guarantee the solar equipment listed. A result is not a quotation, electrical design, credit offer or confirmation that your property is suitable.

You buy from or contract with the chosen supplier under its terms. Confirm the complete price, specification, delivery or installation area, permissions, warranties, cancellation arrangements and any finance terms before agreeing. Contact that supplier about its orders or work.

Read how the comparison works, including the limits of the information and how premium listings are treated.

Your saved options and messages

Saved comparisons are linked to your browser cookie. Shared links reveal the selected options and postcodes to anyone who has the link and access to the site. They show the currently listed product information, which may change after you create the link.

Account messages and supplier proposals are stored separately from browser comparisons. Keep sensitive identity, payment and customer documents out of submissions. See data and privacy controls.

Company listings

Only claim a company you are authorised to represent. Provide accurate information and content you have permission to publish. Claims and profile changes require review. Do not submit fabricated reviews, misleading coverage claims or someone else's private information.

Listing and trial terms explain premium features, trial expiry and paid-access requests. A paid-access request is not an order and does not take payment.

Problems and corrections

Information can change or be incomplete. We may correct or remove misleading content and restrict abusive or unauthorised access. Do not try to access another person's private records or disrupt the service.

Contact us about this site, a listing error or a complaint. Support replies are available in your account inbox; no automatic email notification is currently provided.
